Six Pack


The abdomen of a man consists of a group of muscles between the chest and the public bone. These all are located in the middle of the abdomen. They run vertically from top to bottom and there is another group of muscles that run horizontally in the abdomen part which are the deepest muscles of the abs. All these muscles help when the person sits, stands, walks, inhales air, exhales air and eat food. It is always good to have strong abdomen muscles and weak abs cause the back pains in humans. Getting a six pack is not a big deal. You just need to have proper exercises and proper diet to have six pack muscles. When you wake up early then do not go for exercises with empty stomach. You have to start from the food first. Just stop eating junk food. Replace the sweets, oily food and roasted stuff with lean meat, vegetables, fruits and other natural diets.
