Jay Cutler Workout

Jay Cutler is famous for his scientific approach to body building. This approach helped him to gain one of the best physiques a man can get. Jay Cutler workout routine is extremely hard. It involves around 2 workouts and approximately 40 set a day. His weekly routine includes different exercises on alternate days. On day 1 he works on back in the AM and PM both along with trapezes. On day 2 he works on Chest in the morning, Biceps in the afternoon and forearms and calves in the evening. On day 3 he rests. On day 4 he works on hamstrings in the morning and Quadriceps in the afternoon. On day 5 he workout Deltoids in the morning and Triceps in the evenings. The 6th day is also rest. He keeps this routine and teaches the same.
