Six Pack Exercises

You can have six packs if you do the six pack exercises. Start with the reverse crunching. Doing normal crunches will not effect your abs much. If you do reverse crunching then you will feel the difference in lower abs within days. Also do the crunches on the exercise ball. This will help you target the abdominals directly and you will enjoy doing it. Eat chicken, lean beef, cottage, eggs and milk in order to get the appropriate protein during the six pack exercises. Only abdominal exercise will not remove the belly fat you have. So do all the other kinds of exercises too. This will help you burn the bad fats from the body and body muscles will get stiffer. Just do the chest presses, rows, dead lifts and squats to get immediate results.
